Processing time - The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.  For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

For international orders, whilst UK carriers can estimate the time it take to reach the destination country, they have no control over time taken for you local carriers.

RETURN POLICY

I gladly accept returns and cancellations. 

You are required to contact me within 14 days of delivery, and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

You may request a cancellation before item has shipped.

I don't accept exchanges.

Should you encounter an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, and for insurance purposes, please take photos of any damaged packaging.  

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

 

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

PAYMENT METHOD

The Website offers you the option of secure checkout via either Paypal, or Card payments.  In the case of Payment plans, or payments for Commission, you will be sent an Invoice, and upon request, have the option to pay in instalments.  No goods will be forwarded until payment is completed.
